Cancellation Policy
- Combine the Grilled Cheese Bar and Love at First Bite with catering options for the perfect event! - Want a custom menu? Let’s get it locked in at least 30 days out to ensure we get it just right. - Got dietary needs? We’ve got your back — vegan + gluten-free available by request. - Say Cheese! Bar & Love at First Bite require 110v power. - No power? No problem! We’ll bring our generator for the Food Truck Fare and Late-Night Bites — unless you’ve got a 50 amp hookup available. - $500 initial payment seals the deal. - Our pricing covers events within these zip codes: 47043, 47250, 47042, 47017, 47021, 47040, 47018, 47224, 40045. If your dream day takes us farther, no biggie—just ask us for a quote to price the extra travel time. We’re happy to roll up wherever love takes you… as long as we’ve got gas money and snacks. - Final headcount and payment due 2 weeks before showtime. At this point your numbers can go up, but can’t go down. - Cash, card, or ACH — we’re good with any of them. Pay your way! (No checks, please.) - Sales tax + 20% gratuity will be added (because our crew works their buns off).
